Chaotic Sequence Based DS-CDMA System With Space-Time Receiver

-Modern wireless communication systems require advanced signal processing techniques to optimise the system resources with increased performance and capacity. In this paper, a chaotic sequence based Direct Sequence Code Division Multiple Access system with space-time receivers is proposed to accommodate more number of users in a limited bandwidth as compared to conventional Pseudo-Noise (PN) sequences. This system uses space time multiuser detector to increase the probability of detection. The performance of the proposed synchronous CDMA system is analysed in flat fading channels with one transmit and two receive and two transmit and two receive antennas. The simulation results show good performance in terms of bandwidth requirement and Probability of Detection. Index Term -Space-time coding, Multi-user detection, chaotic sequences
